This collection was themed about my trip to India long time ago.
New Delhi, Kolkata, Agra… I travelled to many cities and took a lot of inspiration from this powerful and future-filled India.
Hindu and Muslim temples, Ancient castles renovated into hotels, Colourful folk costumes ‘saris’,
The colour of the sky, the smells of the hustle and bustle, the cows walking leisurely down the road…
Everything was different and exciting from the world I live in. COVID-19 has left and I feel again how wonderful it is to finally be able to explore the world. Remembering this trip to India, I completed the collection by combining different materials, including Indian fabrics. 80% of the materials were made from waste and eco-friendly materials in the fashion industry.
